Does Francesca offer colour services?
No, I do not offer colour services. However, at all locations I’m happy to recommend trusted colourists to collaborate with.
Can you recommend a colourist to work with?
Yes please ask during your appointment or use my contact form, and I’ll recommend a colourist based on your needs and location.
I have had the pleasure of working alongside colourists Abigail and Alliah since 2011, and I continue to collaborate with them at my Soho location.
Do you cut children’s hair?
I take appointments for clients 12 years and older.
I have short hair. Is there a pricing difference?
No. All services are priced the same regardless of hair length, density, gender, or age.
I wear my hair curly and straight. Is a curly cut right for me?

How do I book an appointment?
Online booking is the fastest way to secure an appointment.
Waiting may be required, all dates and times available on booking page.
Do you require a deposit?
Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to your appointment.
What is your cancellation or no-show policy?
Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
